Evaluation

Summit Care and Wellness offers substance abuse screening and evaluations. These evaluations help determine if an individual needs substance abuse and/or mental health treatment and what the appropriate level of care may be. Each interview or evaluation takes approximately one to two hours. Collaborative information is collected and treatment options are then assessed.

Each of Summit’s evaluators utilize evidence –based evaluation tools. Our evaluations meet requirements for the State of Nebraska justice system. Emergency evaluations are offered and are completed within 24-48 hours. Sliding scale fees are available for all screenings and evaluations.
