Nanette Gingery, MA, LMHP, LPC, LADC, Life Coach
President and Director
Nanette is a Mental Health Therapist, Addiction specialist and a Life Coach. Nanette received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling at Doane College, Lincoln, NE. She has specialized certification in multi-systemic therapy, a solution- focused, family systems model. She has extensive background in children’s behavioral health, parenting and wellness approaches. She is trained in trauma issues,Critical Incident Response, and brief therapy. She has a long history and experience working with mental health consumers, substance abuse and addiction issues and individuals with criminogenic needs.
Nanette is a Life Coach, receiving her education through the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE) in Sacramento, California an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member. Her knowledge and experience enable her to work side by side with clients, whether individually or in a corporate setting, to achieve their goals and live the full, abundant life they desire.
Nanette enjoys writing, singing, musical theatre, yoga and spending time with her family.
Edward Lankas, LMHP, LADC, Life Coach
Mental Health Therapist, Addictions Counselor and Director of Program Development
Ed earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska. Ed specializes in working addictions and recovery. He has a background in criminogenics and mental health. Ed is a Life Coach and has extensive experience working with men with criminogenic issues. He has firsthand experience with recovery.
Ed is a Life Coach. His passion is working with recovery clients as they build new lives in recovery and strive to achieve their dreams and goals.
Barb Eckert, Psy.D., PLD, LIMHP, LMPH, LPC, CI-I
Supervising Psychologist
Barb has a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN. She received her Master’s in Counselling at Grace University, Omaha, NE. Dr. Eckert has been a psychotherapist with community agencies in Lincoln and Omaha working with culturally diverse populations. She is a skilled educator and presenter drawing from her knowledge regarding women’s issues, domestic violence, trauma, self-worth, parenting and work with the elderly. She is an Adjunct Professor in Psychology at Southeast Community College in Lincoln, NE.
Wendell Roscoe, MS, LMPH, LADC
Mental Health Therapist and Addictions Counselor
Wendell obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska, Kearney. He received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Fort Hayes State University in Kansas. He has over 35 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field including inpatient, outpatient and court programs, individual counseling, and family/co-dependency therapy.
Angie Apthorpe, BA, PLMHP, PLADC
Addictions Counselor/Residential Services
Angie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Relations, as well as her Master of Arts in Counseling, at Doane College, Lincoln, NE campus. She brings first- hand knowledge of recovery to her practice and incorporates eastern philosophies into her counseling style.
Ingrid DeVries, PLMHP, PLADC
Mental Health and Addictions Counselor/ Out Patient Services
Ingrid has her Master of Arts in Counseling from Doane College, Lincoln, NE. She is dually credentialed and multi-lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese. She specializes in mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, trauma, criminal justice issues and working with clients of Hispanic origin. She works with children, adolescents and families.
Judith Grabow, APRN, BC
Medications Management
Judy holds her Master’s of Science in Nursing which she received from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She has been a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for over ten years and has worked at the Lincoln Regional Center since 1980, as well as, her own practice
Don Williams, M.Div.
Educator/SMART Recovery Facilitator
Don received his Master’s of Theology in Counseling from St. Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, Kansas. He is a retired mental health and substance abuse counselor with 40 years of experience counseling in the areas of domestic violence, mental health and addictions primarily with men with criminogenic issues. He has 43 years of firsthand experience with recovery. Don currently facilitates Drug and Alcohol education classes and SMART (Self-Management and Recovery Training) support meetings. Don works with individuals reintegrating into the community through Summit’s sober living program.
Anthony Kelley, MA, LMHP, PLADC
Mental Health Therapist/Addictions Counselor
Anthony obtained his Master’s in Counseling at Doane College, Lincoln, Nebraska campus. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Family Sciences which he received from The University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Anthony facilitates Outpatient Groups and specializes in dial diagnosis populations. Services working with individuals and in the group setting.
Staff may also include Externs from, The Clinical Psychology Ph.D. Program – UNL, Masters in Social Work Program – UNO, Masters in Counselling Program – Doane College and/or interns from the Human Service/Alcohol & Drug Program – SCC.
Kelli Ricky
Technical Support Staff Supervisor
Kelli’s knowledge of recovery enables her to work effectively with clients in a residential setting. Her compassionate attitude provides a welcome and caring atmosphere for our clients.
